Summer Program Terms and Conditions: By registering for M'Learnin Student Centre's Summer Program, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Registration & Payment Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment for each week must be received prior to the student's start date unless otherwise arranged. Program fees are non-transferable to another student without approval from M'Learnin Student Centre. Attendance Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring students arrive and are picked up on time. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. No refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be provided for absences, late arrivals, early departures, vacations, or missed days due to personal reasons. Missed Days & Illness If a student misses a class due to illness or personal circumstances, no refund or credit will be issued. In exceptional circumstances, M'Learnin Student Centre may offer a make-up session at its discretion, subject to availability. Students who are unwell should remain at home to help maintain a healthy learning environment. Refund Policy Before Program Start Cancellation more than 2 days before the registered week: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. After Program Start No refunds will be issued once the classes have begun. No refunds will be provided for missed classes, withdrawals, or dismissals due to behavioral concerns. Program Cancellation by M'Learnin If M'Learnin Student Centre cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or program credit will be provided. Sibling Discount Families registering two or more children simultaneously are eligible for a 10% sibling discount on the second and subsequent child registrations. Sibling discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Discount applies only to immediate siblings residing in the same household. (Adjust percentage if desired.) Student Conduct To ensure a positive learning environment: Students must treat staff and fellow students with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program. No refund will be provided if a student is removed due to behavioral concerns. Personal Belongings Students are responsible for their personal belongings. M'Learnin Student Centre is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Medical Information Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, accommodations, or emergency information that may affect the student's participation. Emergency Contact Parents/guardians authorize M'Learnin Student Centre to contact emergency services if immediate medical attention is required and the parent/guardian cannot be reached. Program Changes M'Learnin Student Centre reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, activities, or program content when necessary. Liability Waiver Parents/guardians acknowledge that reasonable precautions are taken to ensure student safety. By registering, they release M'Learnin Student Centre, its employees, and instructors from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation except where required by law.
